| CFC is excited to announce our upcoming group for kids ages 8 to 10 to help develop emotional regulation! The class will be Wednesdays from 5:00 pm – 6:30 pm, March 29th through May 3rd in person at our Phoenix office. We have fun activities planned to help kids identify their emotions by learning to listen to their bodies’ cues and express those emotions in healthy ways. The group focuses on the following goals: • Gain skills necessary to increase body (nervous system) regulation • Learn skills to feel in control of the choices • Learn how to communicate needs to others, and how and when to ask for support • Work on coping skills for challenging emotions If your child has AHCCCS insurance, there will be no cost to you! Have your child’s case manager send us a referral to start the process. If you are looking to pay privately, the cost is $45 per session.
